For the purposes of this section— ... ... ... ... “financial institution” has the same meaning as in the capital requirements regulation; “parent undertaking” has the meaning given in Article 4.1(15)(a) of the capital requirements regulation; “PRA-authorised person” has the meaning given in section 2B(5) of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000; “relevant third-country authority” means an authority in a country or territory other than the United Kingdom which has functions corresponding to those of the Bank of England, the FCA or the PRA, in relation to bank recovery and resolution; “third-country institution” has the meaning given in section 89H(7); “third-country resolution action” has the meaning given in section 89H(7); “UK authorised person” has the same meaning as in section 105(8) of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000.
