Section 83ZA(10)

For the purposes of this section, a person is connected with a bank if that person is or has at any relevant time been— a member of that bank’s group, a controller of that bank (within the meaning of section 422 of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000), any other member of a partnership of which that bank is a member, or in relation to that bank, a person mentioned in Part 1 of Schedule 15 to the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (reading references in that Part to the authorised person as references to the bank).
