Section 83ZG(5)

For the purposes of this section, a person (“B”) is connected with the person under investigation (“A”) if B is or has at any relevant time been— a member of A’s group; a controller of A; a partnership of which A is a member; or in relation to A, a person mentioned in Part 1 or 2 of Schedule 15 to the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (reading references in those Parts to the authorised person or the person under investigation as references to A).
