Section 83ZJ(9)

In this section— “controller” has the same meaning as in the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (see section 422), “group” has the meaning given by section 3(2)(b), “investigator” means a person appointed under section 83ZC or 83ZD, “relevant person”, in relation to a person who is required to produce a document, means a person who— has been or is or is proposed to be a director or controller of that person, has been or is an auditor of that person, has been or is an actuary, accountant or lawyer appointed or instructed by that person, or has been or is an employee of that person.
