Section 83ZL(3)

The second set of conditions is— that the premises specified in the warrant are premises of a bank or a member of the same group (within the meaning of section 3(2)(b)) as a bank, that there are on the premises documents or information in relation to which an information requirement could be imposed, and that if such a requirement were to be imposed— it would not be complied with, or the documents or information to which it related would be removed, tampered with or destroyed.
