Section 83ZN(11)

In this section— “court” means— the High Court; in Scotland, the Court of Session; “relevant day” means the day on which the Bank Recovery and Resolution Order 2014 (which inserted this section into this Act) was made; “relevant requirement” has the meaning given in section 83ZD.
