Section 83ZO(1)

Proceedings for an offence under section 83ZN may be instituted— in England and Wales, only by the Bank of England or by or with the consent of the Director of Public Prosecutions, and in Northern Ireland, only by the Bank of England or by or with the consent of the Director of Public Prosecutions for Northern Ireland.
