Section 83ZQ

If, on the application of the Bank of England, the court is satisfied that there is a reasonable likelihood that any person will contravene a relevant requirement, the court may make an order restraining (or in Scotland an interdict prohibiting) the contravention. The jurisdiction conferred by this section is exercisable— in England and Wales and Northern Ireland, by the High Court, and in Scotland, by the Court of Session. In this section “relevant requirement” has the meaning given in section 83ZD.
