Section 84A(12)

In this section— “company” means a company as defined in section 1(1) of the Companies Act 2006 which is a public company limited by shares; “deposit” has the meaning given by article 5(2) of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Regulated Activities) Order 2001 (S.I. 2001/544), but ignoring the exclusions in article 6.
