Schedule 13, paragraph 9

This paragraph applies where A is a qualifications body for the purposes of section 96. Paragraphs 3 and 4(1), so far as relating to qualifications, apply to a qualifications body as they apply to a responsible body. This paragraph is subject to section 96(7).
