Schedule 15, paragraph 2(2)

For the purposes of this paragraph, the reference in section 20(3), (4) or (5) to a disabled person is a reference to disabled persons who— are, or are seeking to become or might wish to become, members, are associates, or are, or are likely to become, guests.
