Schedule 26, Part 1, paragraph 22(1)

Scottish Enterprise and Highlands and Islands Enterprise shall each, in exercising its functions, promote such actings by any employer as are lawful by virtue of section 158 of the Equality Act 2010 (the “2010 Act”) (positive action: general) in relation to— affording access to facilities for training, and encouraging persons to take advantage of opportunities for taking up that employer's work.
