Schedule 26, Part 1, paragraph 33

Section 126 of the Employment Rights Act 1996 (acts which are both unfair dismissal and discrimination) is amended as follows. In subsection (1) for paragraph (b) substitute— the Equality Act 2010. In subsection (2)— for “any one of those Acts or Regulations” substitute “ either of those Acts ”, and for “any other of them” substitute “ the other ”.
