In Schedule 12, in paragraph 23(6) (obligations of the Welsh Authority in relation to equality of opportunity)— in the definition of “disability” after “meaning as in” insert “ the Equality Act 2010 or, in Northern Ireland, ”, and in the definition of “racial group” for “Race Relations Act 1976 (c 74)” substitute “ the Equality Act 2010 ”.
