In section 172A(5)(db) (surrender of pension benefits etc) for— “the Employment Equality (Age) Regulations 2006 or” substitute “ Part 5 of the Equality Act 2010, so far as relating to age, or the ”, and for “them” substitute “ those Regulations. ”.
