Schedule 26, Part 1, paragraph 72(4)

In subsection (6)— for “the equality enactments”, on the first occasion it appears, substitute “ the Equality Act 2010 ”, and for “the equality enactments”, on each other occasion it appears, substitute “ that Act ”.
