Schedule 26, Part 1, paragraph 73

For section 31(1) (duties in respect of which Commission may assess compliance) substitute— The Commission may assess the extent to which or the manner in which a person has complied with a duty under or by virtue of section 149, 153 or 154 of the Equality Act 2010 (public sector equality duty).
