Schedule 26, Part 1, paragraph 84(2)

In paragraph 52(3)(a) for “Parts 1, 3, 4, 5 and 5B of the Disability Discrimination Act 1995 (c. 50)” substitute “ Parts 2, 3, 4, 6, 7, 12 and 13 of the Equality Act 2010, in so far as they relate to disability ”.
