Schedule 3, Part 10, paragraph 35(2)

But provision by virtue of sub-paragraph (1) may not amend this Schedule— so as to omit an exception in paragraph 1, 2 or 3; so as to reduce the extent to which an exception in paragraph 1, 2 or 3 applies.
