Section 29 does not apply to preparing, making or considering— an Act of Parliament; a Bill for an Act of Parliament; an Act of the Scottish Parliament; a Bill for an Act of the Scottish Parliament; an Act of the National Assembly for Wales; a Bill for an Act of the National Assembly for Wales.
