Schedule 3, Part 1, paragraph 4

Section 29(6), so far as relating to relevant discrimination, does not apply to anything done for the purpose of ensuring the combat effectiveness of the armed forces. “Relevant discrimination” is— age discrimination; disability discrimination; gender reassignment discrimination; sex discrimination.
