Schedule 3, Part 7, paragraph 29(3)

An organisation is a relevant organisation in relation to a religion if its purpose is— to practise the religion, to advance the religion, to teach the practice or principles of the religion, to enable persons of the religion to receive benefits, or to engage in activities, within the framework of that religion, or to foster or maintain good relations between persons of different religions.
