Schedule 4, paragraph 7(3)

It is always reasonable before the agreement is made for A to insist that the agreement should require the disabled person to pay— the costs referred to in paragraphs (a) and (b) of sub-paragraph (2), and the costs of the restoration referred to in paragraph (c) of that sub-paragraph.
