Section 175(4)

In subsection (3) a responsible person, in relation to a body corporate, is— a director, manager, secretary or similar officer; a person purporting to act in the capacity of a person mentioned in paragraph (a); in the case of a body corporate whose affairs are managed by its members, a member.
