Schedule 1, paragraph 4

In section 54(3) (offences in relation to the ICC: England and Wales)— in paragraph (b) for “or” substitute “ , an offence under the Bribery Act 2010 or (as the case may be) an offence ”, and in paragraph (c) after “common law” insert “ or (as the case may be) under the Bribery Act 2010 ”.
