Schedule 3, paragraph 7

In section 69 of FSMA 2000 (statement of policy), in subsection (1)— in paragraph (a), for “or restrictions” substitute “ , conditions or limitations ”; omit the “and” at the end of paragraph (b); in paragraph (c), for “restrictions” substitute “ conditions ”; at the end of paragraph (c) insert ; and the period for which approvals under section 59 are to have effect as a result of a limitation under section 66.
