A determination by the CMA on an appeal— must be contained in an order made by the CMA; must set out the reasons for the determination; takes effect at the time specified in the order or determined in accordance with provision made in the order; must be notified by the CMA to the parties to the appeal; must be published by the CMA— as soon as reasonably practicable after the determination is made; in such manner as the CMA considers appropriate for the purpose of bringing the determination to the attention of any person likely to be affected by it (other than a party to the appeal).
