Schedule 5, paragraph 16(2)

Those rules may include provision supplementing the provisions of this Schedule in relation to any application, notice, hearing, power or requirement for which this Schedule provides; and that provision may, in particular, impose time limits or other restrictions on— the taking of evidence at an oral hearing, or the making of representations or observations at such a hearing.
