Schedule 8, Part 1, paragraph 3(1)

For the purpose of assisting a CMA group in carrying out a relevant investigation, the FCA must give the CMA group— any relevant information which the FCA has in its possession, and any other assistance which the CMA group may reasonably require in relation to any matters falling within the scope of the investigation.
