Schedule 8, Part 1, paragraph 6

In section 354A of FSMA 2000 (FCA's duty to co-operate with others), after subsection (2) insert— Subsection (1) does not apply in relation to the Competition and Markets Authority in a case where the FCA has made a reference under section 131 of the Enterprise Act 2002 as a result of section 234I (but see section 234L).
