Schedule 8, Part 2, paragraph 10

Section 136 of the Enterprise Act 2002 (investigations and reports on market investigation references) is amended as follows. In subsection (7), after paragraph (e) insert— in relation to the Financial Conduct Authority, section 234I of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000; In subsection (8), after “the Office of Rail Regulation,” insert “ the Financial Conduct Authority, ”.
