Schedule 9, paragraph 7

In consequence of the amendments made by paragraph 6— in section 78(6), for “subsections (8) and (9) of section 76 extend” substitute “ subsection (8) of section 76 extends ”; in paragraphs 7(3) and 8(3) of Schedule 2, omit “the summary financial statement,”.
