Section 106(3)

In section 77 (power of Treasury to require FCA or PRA to undertake investigation)— in subsection (1)(a), for “either regulator” substitute “ a regulator ”; in subsection (3), omit the “or” at the end of paragraph (b) and after paragraph (c) insert , or a regulated payment system. the heading of that section becomes “ Power of Treasury to require regulator to undertake investigation ”.
