Section 107(2)

In subsection (1)— the reference to the Payment Systems Regulator's practices in relation to payment systems is a reference to practices adopted by it in the exercise of functions under this Part, and the reference to the Payment Systems Regulator's regulating provisions in relation to payment systems is a reference to the following— any general directions given under section 54; any generally-imposed requirements under section 55; any guidance given under section 96.
