In paragraph 33 of Schedule 1ZB to FSMA 2000 (PRA's exemption from liability in damages), after sub-paragraph (1) insert— In sub-paragraph (1) the reference to the PRA's functions includes its functions under Part 5 of the Financial Services (Banking Reform) Act 2013 (regulation of payment systems).
