Section 142Z1

This section has effect for the interpretation of this Part. Any reference to— is to be read in accordance with Schedule 2, taken with any order under section 22. the regulated activity of accepting deposits, or the regulated activity of dealing in investments as principal, Any reference to the group restructuring powers is to be read in accordance with section 142L(1). Any reference to a qualifying parent undertaking is to be read in accordance with section 142L(4).
