Section 144

In this Act— “enactment” includes— an enactment contained in subordinate legislation, an enactment contained in, or in an instrument made under, an Act of the Scottish Parliament, an enactment contained in, or in an instrument made under, a Measure or Act of the National Assembly for Wales, and an enactment contained in, or in an instrument made under, Northern Ireland legislation; “the FCA” means the Financial Conduct Authority; “FSMA 2000” means the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000; “the PRA” means the Prudential Regulation Authority.
