Section 63(1)

For the purpose of assisting a CMA group in carrying out a relevant investigation, the Payment Systems Regulator must give the CMA group— any relevant information which it has in its possession, and any other assistance which the CMA group may reasonably require in relation to any matters falling within the scope of the investigation.
