Section 85(2)

The persons referred to in subsection (1) are— the person who is the subject of the investigation (“the person under investigation”); any person connected with the person under investigation; in the case of an investigation into whether there has been a compliance failure, any person who in the investigator's opinion is or may be able to give information which is or may be relevant to the investigation.
