Schedule 1, paragraph 12

Section 290 (prior approval) is amended as follows. In subsection (4), after paragraph (a) insert— in relation to the exercise of a power by an SFO officer, the Director of the Serious Fraud Office, In subsection (6), after “constable” insert “, SFO officer.
