Schedule 1, paragraph 25

Section 378 (appropriate officers and senior appropriate officers for the purposes of investigations under Part 8 of that Act) is amended as follows. In subsection (1) after paragraph (c) insert— an SFO officer; In subsection (2) after paragraph (b) insert— the Director of the Serious Fraud Office; In subsection (3A) after paragraph (a) insert— an SFO officer; In subsection (3AA) after paragraph (a) insert— the Director of the Serious Fraud Office; In subsection (4) after paragraph (b) insert— an SFO officer; In subsection (6) after paragraph (a) insert— the Director of the Serious Fraud Office;
