Schedule 3, paragraph 2(1)

Paragraphs 10I and 10J apply if— an application is made under paragraph 10G in respect of property detained under this Part of this Schedule, the court or sheriff is satisfied that the property is a listed asset, the court or sheriff is satisfied that all or part of the property is within subsection (1)(a) or (b) of section 1 or is property earmarked as terrorist property, and there exists property that is associated with the property in relation to which the court or sheriff is satisfied as mentioned in paragraph (c).
