Schedule 3, paragraph 2(2)

An authorised officer may also seize any item of property if— the authorised officer has reasonable grounds for suspecting the item to be a listed asset, the authorised officer has reasonable grounds for suspecting that part of the item is within subsection (1)(a) or (b) of section 1 or is property earmarked as terrorist property, and it is not reasonably practicable to seize only that part.
