Schedule 3, Part 4A, paragraph 10H(2)

Paragraphs 10I and 10J also apply in England and Wales and Northern Ireland if— an application is made under paragraph 10G in respect of property detained under this Part of this Schedule, the court is satisfied that the property is a listed asset, the court is satisfied that all or part of the property is property earmarked as terrorist property, and the property in relation to which the court or sheriff is satisfied as mentioned in paragraph (c) belongs to joint tenants and one of the tenants is an excepted joint owner.
