Schedule 4, Part 4B, paragraph 10Z3(1)

This paragraph applies where, on an application under sub-paragraph (2) of paragraph 10Z2 in relation to an account to which an account freezing order applies, the court or sheriff decides— to make an order under sub-paragraph (3) of that paragraph in relation to part only of the money to which the application related, or not to make an order under sub-paragraph (3) of that paragraph.
