In section 115 (officers' powers)— for “sections 25 to 31” substitute “ Schedule 1 to the Anti-terrorism, Crime and Security Act 2001 (forfeiture of terrorist property) ”; after “Schedule 7” insert “ to this Act (port and border controls) ”.
