Schedule 5, paragraph 15

Section 1 (forfeiture of terrorist cash) is amended as follows. In the heading, for “cash” substitute “ property ”. In subsection (1), in the words before paragraph (a), for “cash” substitute “ property ”. In subsection (2)— for “any cash” substitute “ property ”; for “the cash” substitute “ the property ”.
