Schedule 5, paragraph 18

Section 2A (contribution to the reduction of crime) is amended as follows. In subsection (2)— omit “or” before paragraph (e); after paragraph (e) insert— Her Majesty's Revenue and Customs, or the Financial Conduct Authority. In subsection (3)— omit “and” at the end of paragraph (b); after paragraph (c) insert , and in the case of Her Majesty's Revenue and Customs or the Financial Conduct Authority, the Treasury.
