In section 93 (recoverable amount for purposes of confiscation order in Scotland), in subsection (4)— in paragraph (b), after “section 297A” insert “ or an account forfeiture notice under section 303Z9 ”; omit “and” at the end of paragraph (b); in paragraph (c), after “298(2)” insert “ , 303O(3), 303R(3) or 303Z14(4) ”; after paragraph (c) insert , and any property which is the forfeitable property in relation to an order under section 303Q(1).
