In section 1 of the Criminal Justice Act 1987 (establishment of the Serious Fraud Office), in subsection (6A)— for “Part 5” substitute “ Part 2, 4, 5, 7 ”; for the words in brackets substitute “ confiscation proceedings in England and Wales and Northern Ireland, civil recovery proceedings, money laundering and investigations ”.
